Product Leadership
Leading product initiatives from discovery through delivery, owning strategy, execution, and outcomes while aligning cross-functional teams.
Senior Product Manager with 12+ years of experience building and scaling B2B SaaS and consumer products. I bridge strategy and execution to deliver intuitive, high-impact digital experiences.
Built and scaled products across startups and enterprise environments, including consumer platforms reaching 500K+ users and SaaS systems serving complex operational needs.
With over a decade of experience in product management—and an earlier foundation in finance and operations starting in Dubai in 2007—I specialize in building scalable digital products that balance user needs, business goals, and long-term impact.
I've worked across startups, scale-ups, and enterprise environments, owning products from early discovery through launch and scale. My focus has consistently been on improving core user experience, simplifying complex workflows, and aligning product decisions with measurable outcomes.
In addition to my product work, I've supported and mentored startups, helping teams navigate product strategy, validation, and execution.
I focus on building and scaling digital products by combining product strategy, execution, and mentorship. My work spans early-stage startups to enterprise systems, with an emphasis on usability, scalability, and measurable outcomes.

A mature B2B inventory platform served everyone from small businesses to large enterprises on a single, feature-dense interface. Years of additive feature work had left the day-to-day workflows — the part customers touched most — harder to use than they should have been.
The system could do almost anything, but routine tasks took too many steps. Depth and discoverability worked against each other: new users felt lost, while experienced users lost time navigating complexity that no longer matched how they actually worked.
Owned the core-experience roadmap end to end — framing the problem with support and customer-facing teams, prioritizing against business goals, and partnering with design and engineering through delivery.
Grounded the work in real usage: mapped the highest-frequency workflows, then streamlined navigation, collapsed redundant steps, and strengthened system feedback. Every simplification was pressure-tested against advanced and enterprise scenarios so nothing broke for power users.
A noticeably simpler day-to-day experience — fewer steps to complete core tasks, less friction for new users, and stronger adoption and satisfaction among existing customers, without sacrificing the depth enterprise teams depend on.
Bringing enterprise users into usability testing earlier would have surfaced edge cases sooner and accelerated both validation and rollout.
Owned the end-to-end user journey for a B2B SaaS platform used by organizations of very different sizes — from small teams to large enterprises — on one shared core experience.
A one-size-fits-all experience created friction at both ends: smaller teams were overwhelmed by capability they didn't need, while larger organizations hit ceilings where the default flows couldn't scale to their structure and volume.
Led strategy across onboarding, navigation, and core workflows — aligning product, design, and go-to-market around a single experience that could flex by segment.
Designed for progressive depth: simple and guided by default, with power surfaced as teams matured. Tuned onboarding around time-to-value and shaped workflows and information architecture to adapt to each customer's size and complexity.
Smoother onboarding, clearer everyday workflows, and stronger adoption across both SMB and enterprise segments — one product that finally fit teams of very different shapes.
Co-founded and led product for a consumer engagement platform built to turn one-time visitors into an active, returning community — designed from day one to grow fast and hold attention over time.
Consumer engagement is easy to spark and hard to sustain. The product had to keep people coming back while staying fast and reliable through rapid, unpredictable user growth.
Owned product vision, roadmap, and execution from zero to scale — running experimentation, prioritization, and release strategy as the user base expanded.
Built around engagement loops and participation mechanics informed by real community behavior, with a continuous cycle of hypothesis, experiment, and iterative release — doubling down on what drove repeat usage and cutting what didn't.
Grew to 500,000+ users with engagement-led growth — a product that scaled on retention and participation, not just acquisition.
Led analytics and reporting for enterprise customers who needed real visibility into their operations — not just access to data, but the ability to act on it.
The data existed, but it didn't drive decisions. Reports were dense and hard to interpret, leaving teams data-rich but insight-poor.
Owned the analytics roadmap end to end, working across data, engineering, and customer-facing teams to align on what enterprise users actually needed to decide and act.
Shifted the product from raw data volume to actionable insight — prioritizing the metrics that mattered, clarifying how information was presented, and designing reporting around real operational decisions.
Reporting that enterprise teams actually used — clearer visibility, faster interpretation, and better-informed operational decisions that strengthened adoption among data-driven customers.
Independent product work where I led both design and execution end-to-end.
A live debate platform that turns one-on-one arguments into public matchups — audiences vote in real time to decide the winner, with built-in rewards for top debaters.
End-to-end design and development of a content-driven platform supporting music releases, branding, and audience engagement.
Designed and structured a scalable children's content platform featuring interactive storytelling, video integration, and educational experiences.
I'm always open to conversations about product leadership, collaboration, and new opportunities.
